Terms

The short version: it’s your content, you’re responsible for getting people’s OK, and you can stop whenever you like.

01The service

CallToClips turns recordings of your calls into short videos and posts, and, where you connect an account, publishes what you approve. Features and limits depend on your plan.

02Your account

You are responsible for your account and for everything done through it. Creator is one seat; Pro is two (you and an assistant).

03Your content and other people

Your recordings stay yours. You give us the right to process them to provide the service. You must have the agreement of everyone you record and of anyone whose words you publish. CallToClips holds clips with a guest until you have marked their OK, but the legal duty to obtain it is yours.

04Plans, trial and limits

The trial lasts 14 days, needs no card, and is capped at 5 recorded hours and 100 rendered clips. Paid plans have fair-use limits on recorded hours and rendered clips, shown on the pricing page. There are no credits and no per-minute billing. [To do: payment, renewal, cancellation and refund terms.]

05Platforms

Publishing depends on third-party platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn. Their rules apply, they can change, and features such as Trial Reels may not be available to every account.

06Acceptable use

Don’t use the service to record people without their agreement, to publish words nobody said, or to break the law or a platform’s rules.

07Liability and governing law

[To do with counsel: warranty disclaimer, limitation of liability, governing law and venue.]
